Το Σωματείο μας Ψαροκαταστάσεις Κύπρου θα διοργανώσει το 2024 το "10ο Διεθνές Τουρνουά Surf Casting" SPECIAL EDITION στην Κύπρο ,

το οποίο θα πραγματοποιηθεί το τριήμερο 6-7-8 Δεκεμβρίου 2024
Οι αγώνες του "10ου Διεθνές Τουρνουά Surf Casting στην Κύπρο" είναι διεθνείς ενταγμένοι σε διενθή θεσμό ο ποίος έχει μέλη απο 8 χώρες και αναμένετε να έχει συμμετοχές πέραν των 150 ατόμων απο Κύπρο και εξωτερικό.
Η Κύπρος σαν χειμερινός τουριστικός/αθλητικός προορισμός προσφέρετε για αυτες τις διοργανώσεις. Είδη το Διεθνές Τουρνουά Surf Casting στην Κύπρο σαν αθλητικό γεγονός καλύπτεται απο έντυπα στην Κύπρο - εξωτερικό και σε μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης. Το ενδιαφέρων απο το εξωτερικό για συμμετοχή όλο και μεγαλώνη.
Το ΔΣ του Σωματείου αναζητεί υποστηρικτές και χορηγούς, οι οποίοι θα βοηθήσουν στην αρτιότερη διοργάνωση των αγώνων, καθώς η διεξαγωγή αυτών έχουν ένα σημαντικό κόστος.
Απευθυνόμαστε σε εταιρείες-οργανισμούς προτείνοντας υποστηρικτική - χορηγική συνεργασία και προσφέροντας προβολή μέσω της Ιστοσελίδας μας και στις σελίδες/ομάδες του Σωματείου μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης σε ένα ιδιαίτερα «δυναμικό» κοινό, όπως και αυτό που θα παρευρεθεί και θα συμμετέχει στους αγώνες, απο Γερμανία , Ιταλία , Πολωνία , Αγγλία , Ουαλία , Ελλάδα στους φίλους και μέλη των σελίδων και Ομάδων μας στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης.
Αναλόγως το μέγεθος της υποστήριξης - χορηγίας, το Σωματείο προσφέρει τα κάτωθι χορηγικά πακέτα:
Χορηγία 4.000€ κατηγορίας "ΧΡΥΣΟΣ"
α. Η εταιρεία εντάσσεται στους Χρυσούς Χορηγούς των αγώνων.
β. Ενημερώνεται το κοινό μέσω Δελτίου Τύπου που εκδίδει το Σωματείο, στο οποίο αναφέρεται η εταιρία-οργανισμός ως Χρυσός Χορηγός των αγώνων, ενώ σε συμφωνία με την εταιρία-οργανισμό γίνεται αναφορά στο ιστορικό της, τους σκοπούς της και το αντικείμενο εργασίας στο οποίο δραστηριοποιείται.
γ. Προβάλλεται η εταιρία-οργανισμός στο back-drop των logo των χορηγών.
δ. Κατά τη διάρκεια της τελετής λήξης του Τουρνουά παρουσία όλων των συμμετεχόντων παραδίδεται στην εταιρία-οργανισμό αναμνηστικό πλακέτα με το σήμα του Σωματείου και την ένδειξη «10ο Διεθνές Τουρνουα στην Κύπρο»
ε. Εκπρόσωπος της εταιρίας παρίσταται στη δεξίωση για την τελετή λήξης την Κυριακή για τους επίσημους προσκεκλημένους και στην οποία γίνεται αναφορά στην εταιρία-οργανισμό από εκπροσώπους του Σωματείου.
Χορηγία 2000€ κατηγορίας "ΑΡΓΥΡΟΣ"
α. Ανακήρυξη της εταιρίας σε αργυρό - silver χορηγό της διοργάνωσης.
β. Ενημερώνεται το κοινό μέσω Δελτίου Τύπου που εκδίδει το Σωματείο, στο οποίο αναφέρεται η εταιρία-οργανισμός ως Ασημένιος Χορηγός των αγώνων, ενώ σε συμφωνία με την εταιρία-οργανισμό γίνεται αναφορά στο ιστορικό της, τους σκοπούς της και το αντικείμενο εργασίας στο οποίο δραστηριοποιείται.
γ. Προβάλλεται η εταιρία-οργανισμός στο back-drop των logo των χορηγών.
δ. Κατά τη διάρκεια της τελετής λήξης του Τουρνουά παρουσία όλων των συμμετεχόντων παραδίδεται στην εταιρία-οργανισμό αναμνηστικό πλακέτα με το σήμα του Σωματείου και την ένδειξη «10ο Διεθνές Τουρνουα στην Κύπρο»
ε. Εκπρόσωπος της εταιρίας παρίσταται στη δεξίωση για την τελετή λήξης την Κυριακή στους επίσημους προσκεκλημένους
Χορηγία 1000€ κατηγορίας "ΧΑΛΚΙΝΟΣ"
α. Ανακήρυξη της εταιρίας σε Χάλκινο χορηγό της διοργάνωσης.
β. Ενημερώνεται το κοινό μέσω Δελτίου Τύπου που εκδίδει το Σωματείο, στο οποίο αναφέρεται η εταιρία-οργανισμός ως Χορηγός των αγώνων, ενώ σε συμφωνία με την εταιρία-οργανισμό γίνεται αναφορά στο ιστορικό της, τους σκοπούς της και το αντικείμενο εργασίας στο οποίο δραστηριοποιείται.
γ. Προβάλλεται η εταιρία-οργανισμός στο back-drop των logo των χορηγών.
δ. Κατά τη διάρκεια της τελετής λήξης του Τουρνουά παρουσία όλων των συμμετεχόντων παραδίδεται στην εταιρία-οργανισμό αναμνηστικό πλακέτα με το σήμα του Σωματείου και την ένδειξη «10ο Διεθνές Τουρνουα στην Κύπρο»
ε. Εκπρόσωπος της εταιρίας παρίσταται στη δεξίωση για την τελετή λήξης την Κυριακή στους επίσημους προσκεκλημένους
Χορηγία 300€ κατηγορίας Ὑποστηρικτές"
α. Ανακήρυξη της εταιρίας σε υποστηρικτή της διοργάνωσης.
β. Ενημερώνεται το κοινό μέσω Δελτίου Τύπου που εκδίδει το Σωματείο, στο οποίο αναφέρεται η εταιρία-οργανισμός ως Υποστηρικτής των αγώνων.
γ. Προβάλλεται η εταιρία-οργανισμός στο back-drop κάτω απο τα logo των χορηγών.
δ. Κατά τη διάρκεια της τελετής λήξης του Τουρνουά παρουσία όλων των συμμετεχόντων παραδίδεται στην εταιρία-οργανισμό αναμνηστικό πλακέτα με το σήμα του Σωματείου και την ένδειξη «10ο Διεθνές Τουρνουα στην Κύπρο»
ε. Εκπρόσωπος της εταιρίας παρίσταται στη δεξίωση για την τελετή λήξης την Κυριακή στους επίσημους προσκεκλημένους
Μετά τη λήξη του Τουρνουά, θα δημοσιευθεί Δελτίο Τύπου στην επίσημη ιστοσελίδα του Σωματείου, όπου θα ευχαριστούμε ονομαστικά όλους τους χορηγούς, που στήριξαν τη διοργάνωση των αγώνων.
Η προβολή της εκδήλωσης γίνεται μέσω της επίσημης ιστοσελίδας όπως επίσης στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης σελίδες και Ομάδες του Σωματείου , καθώς και όλων των χορηγών επικοινωνίας της εκδήλωσης.

Our Club, Cyprus Sport Fishing Club, will organize in 2024 the "10th International Surf Casting Tournament" SPECIAL EDITION in Cyprus,
which will take place on December 6-7-8, 2024
The competitions of the "10th International Surf Casting Tournament in Cyprus" are international, integrated into international institution "INTERNATIONAL FRENSHIP CUP" that has members from 8 countries and we expect to have more than 150 participants from Cyprus and abroad.
Cyprus as a winter tourist/sports destination is offered for these events. The International Surf Casting Tournament in Cyprus as a sporting event is covered by publications in Cyprus - abroad and on social media. The interest from abroad to participate is growing.
The Board of Directors of the Association is looking for supporters and sponsors, who will help in the better organization of the matches, as their holding has a significant cost.
We address companies-organizations by proposing supportive - sponsoring cooperation and offering promotion through our Website and on the Association's social media pages/groups to a particularly "dynamic" audience, such as those who will attend and participate in the games, from Germany. Italy , Poland , England , Wales , Greece to friends and members of our social media pages and Groups.
Depending on the size of the support - sponsorship, the Club offers the following sponsorship packages:
€4,000 "GOLD" category sponsorship
a. The company is one of the Gold Sponsors of the Tournament.
b. The public is informed through a Press Release will issued by the Club , in which the company-organization is mentioned as the Gold Sponsor of the games, while in agreement with the company / organization, reference is made to its history, its goals and the scope of work in which it operates.
c. The company / organization is shown in the back-drop of the sponsors' logos.
d. During the closing ceremony of the Tournament, in the presence of all participants, a commemorative plaque with the Club's logo and the words "10th International Tournament in Cyprus" is handed over to the company / organization
e. A representative of the company attends the reception for the closing ceremony on Sunday for the official guests and in which the company-organization is mentioned by representatives of the Club.
€2000 "SILVER" category sponsorship
a. The company is one of the Silver Sponsors of the Tournament.
b. The public is informed through a Press Release will issued by the Club , in which the company-organization is mentioned as the Silver Sponsors of the Tournament, while in agreement with the company / organization, reference is made to its history, its goals and the scope of work in which it operates.
c. The company / organization is shown in the back-drop of the sponsors' logos.
d. During the closing ceremony of the Tournament, in the presence of all participants, a commemorative plaque with the Club's logo and the words "10th International Tournament in Cyprus" is handed over to the company / organization
e. A representative of the company attends the reception for the closing ceremony on Sunday for the official guests and in which the company-organization is mentioned by representatives of the Club.
€1000 "BRONZE" category sponsorship
a. The company is one of the Broze sponsor of the Tournament.
b. The public is informed through a Press Release will issued by the Club , in which the company-organization is mentioned as the Broze sponsor of the Tournament, while in agreement with the company / organization, reference is made to its history, its goals and the scope of work in which it operates.
c. The company / organization is shown in the back-drop of the sponsors' logos.
d. During the closing ceremony of the Tournament, in the presence of all participants, a commemorative plaque with the Club's logo and the words "10th International Tournament in Cyprus" is handed over to the company / organization
e. A representative of the company attends the reception for the closing ceremony on Sunday for the official guests and in which the company-organization is mentioned by representatives of the Club
Sponsorship of €300 in the "Supporters" category
a. The company is one of the Supportes of the Tournament.
b. The public is informed through a Press Release will issued by the Club , in which the company-organization is mentioned as Supporter of the Tournament.
c. The company / organization is shown in the back-drop of the sponsors' logos.
d. During the closing ceremony of the Tournament, in the presence of all participants, a commemorative plaque with the Club's logo and the words "10th International Tournament in Cyprus" is handed over to the company / organization
e. A representative of the company attends the reception for the closing ceremony on Sunday for the official guests and in which the company-organization is mentioned by representatives of the Club
After the end of the Tournament, a Press Release will be published on the official website of the Club, where we will thank by name all the sponsors / supprtes who supported the organization of the Tournament.
The promotion of the event is done through the official website as well as on the social media pages and Groups of the Club, as well as all the communication sponsors of the event.
